We provide secure, insured and trackable shipping for domestic and international orders. This page explains processing times, carriers, delivery estimates, insurance and customs responsibilities.
Order processing and fulfilment
Fulfilment time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within up to 2 business days from the date full payment is received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. High value transactions may be subject to additional verification before shipment which may extend fulfilment time.
Carriers and services
We use reputable carriers for domestic and international delivery:
- Domestic (Australia): Australia Post Express (trackable and insured).
- International: FedEx international services including FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Connect Plus and other FedEx options as required.
All shipments include tracking and are fully insured in transit.
Shipping costs and free shipping
- Australia: Free shipping on all orders across Australia.
- International: Free shipping for international orders with an order value of AUD 600 or more. For international orders under AUD 600 shipping charges will apply and will be shown at checkout.
Any additional charges imposed by customs or local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
Domestic delivery estimates
For deliveries within Australia using Australia Post Express we estimate delivery within 1 to 2 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International delivery estimates
International shipments are sent via FedEx. Delivery estimates vary by destination and service selected. Typical international transit times range from several business days to two weeks depending on destination, customs processing and the FedEx service used. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Insurance and security
- All gemstones and jewellery are securely packaged and fully insured during transit.
- Signature may be required on delivery for high value items.
- We may restrict delivery to verified business addresses or require additional verification for residential deliveries for security reasons.
Risk and title
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided. Ownership of goods transfers only after full cleared payment is received.
Customs duties taxes and import rules
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by their country. We are not responsible for customs delays, import refusals or confiscation due to local regulations. Customers must ensure gemstones are legal to import into their destination country.
Incorrect address and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an address change is requested after dispatch additional fees may apply and delivery may be delayed.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation or the expected delivery date. Provide supporting documentation and photographs where applicable. We will lodge an investigation with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue. For insured claims we will require proof of value and may request the original packaging and certificates.
Refused deliveries and returns to sender
If a shipment is refused or returned to us the cost of return shipping, customs charges and insurance fees may be deducted from any refund. We will contact you to confirm next steps and any applicable deductions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
